LMA being up there is pretty impressive. THJ and Anderson are pure spot up guys who typically make 3-5 dribbles per game so that’s not surprising.

Individual box score/advanced statistics like turnovers per game & turnover percentage only tell us a portion of the story. We can look at team turnover percentage when a player is on-court and compare it to when they're off-court. The net on-off turnover percentage impact is more informative, but we can take it one step further to truly understand which players are lowering their team's turnovers.

Below are 6Factor 4-year RAPM peaks from nbarapm.com.

RAPM = Regularized adjusted plus minus. A per 100 possessions plus minus that's adjusted for strength of opposition & teammates when a player is on-court.

6Factor = RAPM broken down into three offensive and three defensive components:

Off TS Val: Impact by improving your team's shots.
Off TOV Val: Impact by reducing your team's turnover rate.
Off Reb Val: Impact by increasing your team's offensive rebounding rate.

Def TS Val: Impact by worsening the opposing team's shots.
Def TOV Val: Impact by increasing the opposing team's turnover rate.
Def Reb Val: Impact by increasing your team's defensive rebounding rate.

The top 10 Off TOV Val guys are:

1. Chris Paul 2.8
2. Mike Conley 2.5
3. Tracy McGrady 2.4
4. Kobe Bryant 2.2
(tie) DeMar DeRozan 2.2
6. Baron Davis 2.1
(tie) CJ McCollum 2.1
(tie) Gary Payton 2.1
(tie) Kemba Walker 2.1
10. Stephon Marbury 2.0
(tie) Tayshaun Prince 2.0
(tie) Nick Van Exel 2.0

Data goes back to 1999-00.

Not surprised with Chris Paul being number 1 with how stingy and in control he could be.

Kobe being top 5 is extremely interesting how little he gave up the rock when his reputation is for being reckless.
