Jokic took all the IQ ones I think Lebron and Paul used to win.

Absolutely garbage. But whatever. Just more fuel for The Forever Fire.

Which team will be most improved in 2025-26?

1. Orlando Magic – 47%

Orlando could end up being a dark horse. They may end up doing this year what the Pacers did last year. And the East is pretty weak.

Interesting how often the GMs choose the reigning champions despite the rarity of them actually repeating. Since the survey's inception (https://www.nba.com/news/nba-gm-survey-complete-history), they've predicted back-to-back titles in 14 out of 24 seasons, which have materialized only 3 out of 14 times so far (with this season TBD, obviously). It's as if they automatically feel safe choosing the current titleholder unless they or their opponents have undergone drastic roster changes or injuries.

Not necessarily disagreeing with the Thunder pick; it wouldn't surprise me much at all if they defended their throne. But it feels like it stems more from recency bias than any well-thought-out analysis. If the respondents actually accounted for why repeating is so hard and uncommon (complacency, a growing target on one's back, and so on), would 80% of them still vote for OKC?
