VJ wasn't even just one of the best rookies tonight, he was one of the best players in the entire league tonight. Very impressive.

Watching how passive he was at Baylor I couldn't imagine him taking 26 shots in the opener. I would have guessed it would take him 3 games to put up that many shots.

He was on PG's podcast over the summer and was talking about how he didn't like playing college ball, didn't like his teams system or how is coach used him and didn't think he could thrive and thought there was more opportunity and his game was more suited to the NBA spacing.
Looks like so far he was right.

Yeah that makes sense. I would watch him and i would be like dude do something lol. He was clearly a top tier athlete but i got more frustrated watching him than any of the other guys.
in the end it doesn't matter because he wasn't an option for us.
