Not because Lebron needs the help - he DOESNT. In fact I would even posit that the challenge of playing alongside such unique player would represent the hardest possible road Lebron could take at this stage.
It would really be more for Wembanyama's sake, receiving the tutelage of the games largest legend. Being passed the proverbial torch 3 or 4 years from now, whenever Lebron's prime ends and Yama is ready.
Im sorry but I just dont think it's that interesting to see Yama have to play with Julian Champagnie and Keldon Johnson, or Lebron have to play with Luka Doncic.
Lebron deserves decent teammates. And Yama would benefit from a mentor. Give Lebron a chance to embrace the challenge of teaching him to become a champion. It's what the viewers want to see. Even though it would basically be tying one hand behind Lebron's back competitively, in terms of having to focus on helping Yama while hes making his own impact on the court. It wouldnt be fair to LeSacrifice, but it would be good for the game. And it needs to happen.
