Yeah, his size is all-time stuff. A+++ for height, wingspan, standing reach, hand size, and stride length. The only place he's lacking is frame robustness/sturdiness. Has thin bones compared to similar height guys like Boban (285-300), Tacko Fall (290-300+), Zach Edey (305), Yao (300+).

Thin bones might be a good thing because almost all of those guys have gotten crushed under their own weight. Of course leaves him more open too horizontal contact injuries but those are a dice roll. Being too big you crush your feet every time you go up the floor is an inevitable thing.
