Bullshit. I watched the Heat announcers last night freak out and say a shot was "clearly" on the way down and it was anything but clear.

It's pretty amazing how every time the spurs get the #1 pick, there just so happens to be a generational talent waiting.

Jazz have never had the top pick but they have only tanked two periods of their existence unlike some of the annual tankers
