Ronnie Coleman is the joint holder with Lee Haney for the most Mr Olympia Wins in history with 8 wins. He won it in 1998,1999,2000,2001,2002,2003, 2004 and 2005, he was tipped to make history in 2006 and become the record holder with 9 Mr O wins but Jay Cutler had other plans and came in in his best ever condition and won his first Mr O.

Jay Cutler It was sweet revenge for Jay Cutler as he had placed 2nd to Ronnie Coleman the previous 4 consecutive years.

This Mr O should be titled

Ronnie Coleman v Jay Cutler

Can Jay Cutler hold on to the title or will Ronnie show why he is the best bodybuilder ever and win his historic 9th sandown?

Hey DWade, could you explain me what's the deal with bodybuilding competetions and steroids?
I supposed they must've used them at some point..but they can't possibly be allowed?
What's the deal there?

Thay have 2 types of shows, natural and IFBB. At the natural bodybuilding events thay test for steroids and at the IFBB ones thay dont!

I think its safe to say that thay have used steroids at some points in there career or even all the way through it, it all depends on how good there genetics are. But its not all steroids, training 2 times a day, having to consume over 8 meals in 1 day to make sure thay get there 10000 + calories and at the same time keep there matabolism running. Then to diet for 8 - 12 weeks before a show, cutting out the carbs having to go to the gym on an empty tank with no energy aswell as having to find the time to find that cardio session.

My God, that's amazing. My legs hurt just by watching.

Check out other videos of him, just legendary stuff.

BTW, I got one more question. How much money is in bodybuilding?
I knew it but I forgot. How much they earn?

And everyone accuses Barry Bond of roids, but in weightlifting no one cares.

Ronnie Coleman appears to be able to bench press a house.

I was reading September issue of Mens Fitness and it had the editor do a leg workout with Cutler and that just seemed like downright torture.

True. I remember watching a documentary quite awhile ago about bodybuilding and I can't remember what the condition is called but it's when you feel you're too small so you want to get bigger and even when you're the biggest you still feel too small so you just keep building up the muscle.

I'm more impressed by the guys in the World's Strongest Man competitions than these guys. At least they do practical measures of strength, not prancing around in a thong showing off your overly-tanned, mutated body.

I hope this Jay Cutler fellow likes skin cancer...

Yeah, practical, as in useful in real life. Like lifting heavy stones, lifting traps, pulling fish nets, chopping wood, hauling logs, et cetera. Stuff that comes up in every day activities where ordinary men think stuff like "damn this would be easier if I was stronger," not "damn, if my veins were popping from my forehead, then this wood splitting would be easier."
