I heat up milk instead of water then drop 2 jumbo marshmellows in my cup.

Thats the proper way...that add water is incorrect but understandable when you look at Americans in general. Just lazy human beings.

I hate marshmallows. I heat the water then add the milk then the hot chocolate then 3 tea spoons of brown sugar. Done and Done.

I go to the jungles of south american and handpick the cocoa by climbing 100 ft. tall trees. That, or just go to the local grocery store.............

I use milk not water.

I prefer a large portion of the small marshmellows instead of just 2 larger ones.

what brand is the best to use?
we use the ghiradelli brand since it became available at the store, it's a bit more expensive but it's so potent you don't use as much

I no longer prepare cocoa since the discovery of 7-11 hot chocolate.

Also, QT (quik trip) has a nice hot beverage selection.

I like to get a drunk blonde girl to regurgitate everything she drank and put it in a cup full of melted chocolate, then I heat that up for about 45 secounds.

marshmellows in hot cocoa?

In Italy they have about 40 different tastes of hot cocoa in some bars. With walnut, vanilla, grand marnier, rum, extra pure etc. Sick. The hot cocoa is so thick your spoon can stand on its own in the middle of your cup.

Too lazy to do the cocoa. So much effort to make the one cup. I just nuke some milk then pour some nestle quick in there. Sweeter and quicker.

True, I've given up on that, because I always drink it in the morning, but recently, I have no more energy to give for 'Good cocoa making' so the regular nestle will do.

Generic cocoa is the only way to go.

How do u prepare your Hot Cocoa?

I heat up the milk, then add the mix to it (Swiss Miss or the generic brand), then I put marshmallows in if they aren't in already.

In northern italy (austrian border region) a lot of restaurants/cafes have approx 30 different types of hot cocoa. With walnut, with vanilla, extra dark, with truffle, etc. And most amazing part, it's viscosity is so dense you can put you spoon in it and it will just stand upright in it. Hard to finish the cup, though. Tends to be a bit too much.
