What would be in your opinion a perfect physical body to play your favorite sports in. What size would be ideal for a certain position? Ie. WR in football, small forward basketball ect.

another question, back in th days there were atheletes like Deon, and Bo Jax that played two sports in the same year., what two sports would you play if you have the talent.

For football (WR if I have to play) and basketball
6-6 -240 lb

TO mass and height comes to mind when I picture an ideal athletic body to play 2 sports.

Be lean and strong, but not to the level of bodybuilders (no offense to anyone, but I think their bodies are disgusting) where you cannot run.

6'6 and 240 lbs is a lot for a basketball player. Not to mention that you can't really play basketball and football in the same year.

Anyways 6'6 220lb. is my goal, I'm going to play small forward anyways, and my body fat % will always be low.

Practice on NBA off day, play one game either Sunday or Monday. ANd the biggest advantage NFL is only 16 games not counting playoffs.

Do you know how much preparation goes in to playing in the NFL?

And it takes a lot of players a few days to recover from all the wear and tear during the games.

No way somebody can play in the NFL and another professional sport.

it would be rugby and football and the ideal body would be that of terrell davis, 5'11 220 sprinters physiche. i prefer soccer and basketball but the only position a soccer player could play is probably the p.g. apart from the goalie maybe. not many 6'6" soccer players out there.

Deion Sanders did, as did Bo Jackson. Deion played in a World Series game for the Braves in 1992 and played an NFL game for the Falcons in the same week.

Bo Jax and Deon did it. Granted its baseball, but both played the outfield and played almost everyday.

Im not saying its plausible, but If I could I would give it try.

For basketball body and overall make the ladies moist body, Nothing can beat the Admiral. He doesn't even need to flex.

But Lebron is a nice size to play Guard and forward.

6'0, 180 would be perfect for me...an ideal athletic body for me would be that of like David Beckham.

I'm not into that whole "body builder" image.

The ideal body would be something like Michael Jordan or Calvin Johnson. A tall, lean, yet powerful build.

If I could have Lu Xiaojun's physique I would ****ing cry. Strong as HOLY BABY JESUS and ripped to shreds. His legs are just RIDICULOUS and his back is amazing. BRB can squat over 600 lbs. deadlift over 600 lbs. easily and throw muthafuarkin near 500 lbs. over my head.

^ Yeah, lightweight Olympic Lifters/Powerlifters and Gymnasts (Make fun of them for being fruity or whatever, but holy cow, those dudes have SERIOUS physiques) have insane amounts of muscle and are more of absolutely ripped.

Realistically, my best body would be somewhere around 185-200 lbs (9-11% BF) at my 6'0 height. I imagine I'd be big but not bodybuilder huge at that weight.

If I remember right, we're about the same height and he's more or less 205-210. A couple pounds lighter than him at peak or even 15 less would still look amazing.

Gymnasts have very respectable physiques but can you imagine trying to push or bump into a guy like Lu, his legs are ENORMOUS and he's one of the if not the most powerful man in the world taking size into consideration. He's a brick ****ing wall whereas most gymnasts have the legs of little girls.

Not to go supergay in this thread, but I always thought Rodman had the best basketball body.

Ideally, for my body, I wish I was taller. My body has always been fine, even though it doesn't look like any of those NBA guys. My body is like Melo/Dwill except with better abs.

Not everyone in the world is built to have a V shaped torso. That's why I always laugh at people who call those guys fat, cuz I have that build and I've athletically outperformed a ton of people with "perfect" bodies, and I've never taken fitness that seriously.

For what sport? Cristiano Ronaldo for all sports.

It is sport dependent. I mean if you wanted a basketball body, just be Shaq. Why do you have to be a 6'6 shooting guard?

I think people are more focused on aesthetics rather than performance. The ideal athletic body is the one that functions the best for a specific task. There is no all round ideal body because physical tasks vary so much. You can either be pretty good at a lot of things, or excellent at a few.

Deion Sanders body type works for every major sport, and he was great at every sport, from football to baseball to basketball to track and field.

I'm sure he would have been an elite soccer player had he grown up playing it.

Elite speed like Deions is an asset in every sport...
