This is most definatly the most relaxing.
DO NOT look at the artist because half of you will leave, it was written under the influence of many drugs so it is unlike most of his songs you hear.

Wow, just wow.

Are you trying to really say that this sh*tty Lil Wayne song is better than one of the most classic hip hop songs of all time?!

Do not pass go, do not collect 200 dollars, don't let the door hit your a$$ on the way out. Epic Fail.

93 Til Infinity FTW.

Great beat, and I like the voices. Sub-par lyrics though.

There's a song I've really been into lately. Same kind of relaxing beat, to go along with some very good lyrics.

I say this in pretty much every "best rap song" thread out there, but check out some of their other songs. Absolutely brilliant lyrics, by far the best I've ever come across, and some pretty good beats too.

A few for you to check out...

Love Aint (ft Tonedeff) (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ghft4CwplmM) (my absolute favourite hiphop song ever, TD drops a ton of ridiculous one-liners in it -- he's the first guy)
K.K.K.Y (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AFc1FsZk5Ac&feature=related)
War (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_5ztI8oYlqU&feature=related) (lyrics don't kick in until about 3:30-4:00, but the starting beat's beautiful anyways)
Dying Nation (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Nr0rTzn175c&feature=related)
Nothing to Give (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4QIWRHR3YmQ&feature=related)

I feel like their ****ing PR guy sometimes, I rep them so much. :oldlol:

Did you see me saying otherwise? "RIGHT NOW", saying Lil' Wayne is a deity of any sort of flat out nonsense. He's not talented enough, he's not popular enough, and he hasn't been around for long enough.

He's one of the better rappers out there today? That I can live with you saying. He owns rap though? I'd venture a guess that nobody owns rap right now, because no one is in a class of their own, above everyone else. And if I did have to name someone, it sure as hell wouldn't be Wayne.

It's not really Lil Wayne that I hate. He's a decent rapper with some nice punchlines. It's the hype around him and his dickriding fans that I can't stand. He may be good compared to most mainstream artists right now, but anyone who seriously thinks that he's "the best rapper alive" just doesnt know hip hop, it's as simple as that.

wayne has been around a long time.. and he is on EVERY remix.. every single.. name it.. hes on it.. legend of josh is right, and people hate to admit it.. lil wayne is the definition of modern day hip hop.. anybody who says otherwise doesnt listen to hip hop nowadays..

im serious.. waynes buzz is so big.. DJ's will do anything to make a lil wayne mixtape... this isnt hard to understand at all, the drought 3 is a crazy mixtape.. you just have to listen to it..

the carter 2 went like double plat

carter one went gold

and you know his mixtape sales and downloads are out of this world..

not to mention the fact that he was doin it with Baby, Juve, B.G wayyy back in the day..

in 2007, lil wayne owned hip hop

he was on everything- literally everything, that had to do with mainstream rap.. hell, he was on Jay-Zs american gangster album, even though they had beef!

he dropped the i cant feel my face mixtape, which had over like 500,000 downloads first week.. like.. are you kidding me..

nobody cares about ghostface anymore.. and i love him as a rapper.. the wu tang album flopped, ghostface flopped, the priest album flopped HARD..

face it- people are in tune to lil wayne more than any rapper i can remember..

he collabed with

lil wayne dominates hip hop.. and i feel like dying is crazy..

priests album may have "flopped" based on sales, but i dont give a **** its still a great album, 1000x better than anything lil wayne has made or will ever make. the only reason why priest "flopped" is because he talks about real things, real issues, people dont buy that stuff. that doesnt mean it isnt good music. lil wayne will say whatever he needs to say to sell a cd. people seem to want to hear meaningless crap about money, drugs, b.itches and hoes, priest wont talk about that stupid ****, so his albums dont sell. its not priest's fault that buyers enjoy retarded ass dumbed down music.
