That pic looks like gurus face on ti's body. Guru looked pretty tonk when I saw him about a year back here in the uk.

In his prime(The Infamous, Hell on Earth) he was amazing. He fell off like crazy though. I don't know about top 10, maybe top 25. Return of the Mac was hot though.
