I remember this, it was from one of those "Dazzling Dunks and Basketball Bloopers" videos I think with Frank Layden and that creep Marv Albert. They made 2 of them.

It was also on one of those "you make the call" commercials back in the 80s when they would show a play and the viewer is supposed to guess what the call is. I remember it being a technical.
