Lebron currently with 9,946 points. I predict that he would scored his 10,000 career points against the Boston Celtics this coming Wednesday, and the Cavs would beat the Boston Celtics to win the regular season series matchup 3-1.

Lebron would probably break Kobe Bryant's record as the youngest NBA player to hit the 10K mark.

Lebron would probably break Kobe Bryant's record as the youngest NBA player to hit the 10K mark.

Easily. Kobe was just a little older than 24.5 years old.

Will he be the youngest player that scored 10.000 points? The problem is that:)

Who is the faster NBA Player to hit his 10,000 career points? Michael Jordan or Wilt Chamberlain.

I think he would be the youngest player to scored 10,000 points in the NBA, but that record will probably stayed forever because of the rule that HS players need to play one season in the NCAA to be eligible in the NBA Draft.

I can see Kevin Durant breaking the record if he will develop his offensive game, and learn how to shoot in a higher percentage.

Chamberlain was the fastest to reach 1,000, 2,000, 3,000, ... , 30,000 career points.

I think Lebron and Wilt have some thing in common. According to Elias Sports Bureau, James joined Wilt Chamberlain (1961-62) as the only players to score at least 30 points in nine straight games against the Celtics.

If Lebron James have another terrific performance this week, he would be the only player in NBA History to score 30 or more points in 10 straight games against the Boston Franchise.

I think that would be another milestone in his basketball career beside hitting his 10,000 career points. :)

Lebron23

9,946 + 35= 9,981

19 or more points Lebron would be hitting his 10,000 career points.

I do not think he will leave Cleveland because he was born and raise in Akron, and giving this team a championship is one of his main goal after he was selected as the first overall pick in the 2003 NBA Draft.

But if ever LBJ change his mind by signing with a Big Market team in the 2010 Season.

I am still supporting the Cleveland Cavaliers because this is my favorite team since 2002, when they drafted Dajuan Wagner as the 6th overall pick in the NBA Draft.

I thought Wagner is the chosen one, but it turns out that LBJ will be my favorite player in the NBA, and he already led the Cavaliers to the NBA Finals last year.

I think LeBron will stay with the Heat. The Heat are now a winning franchise with 2 NBA titles in the last 6 years. It's much easier to recruit a player in Miami.

Why do you care who he supports? Is he not allowed to support a player?

Get a life and leave the guy alone. Not everyone is a fan of a team. Half of you complain about supporting a player, half of you complain about supporting a team if you're not from the city itself. How many other rules are there? How about letting people support who they like?

I don't know the guy personally. But Wagner is out of the league, his favorite player plays for Miami, so what is the natural assumption? He has a new favorite team. For all we know, he still might like Cleveland.
