raise your hand and say "I" if you can do any of the following:

-juggle
-ride a unicycle
-perform magic tricks
-walk a tightrope
-solve a rubix cube
-win at chess in 5 or less moves
-spell unusual and difficult words with little/no hesitation
-origami
-do the splits (and are supremely flexible in general)
-are ambidextrous

Talk about your special talents, and/or gifts that you were born with. I personally cannot do any of these things, but it would be good to hear some interesting/cool stories.

I can consume extremely spicy foodz without stuttering.

I can stay underwater for about 90 seconds on a regular basis.

Do the chess thang.

Juggle forks.

Funny but I'm awesome at Hide and Seek despite being pretty tall and noticeable.

(This is WilliamPhiladelphiaSmith talking BTW)

My alter-ego'z special talents are endless.

I *raises hand* can juggle. I discovered the talent in 5th grade. I can also spell many words, but not the impossible ones they have in the spelling bees.

****ing Mary when Joseph wasn't looking. Hippos is Jesus' father. All that **** about walking on water, turning water in wine, curing lepers and blind people he got from me.

Summary:

****ing the most famous virgin ever.

Doing everything Jesus could do, but better.

Oh, and I can actually whistle both ways too.

umm, i have the same birth name as an perennial NFL pro-bowler. You can also rearange the letters of our name (anagram) to spell "This Supreme Scholar" without any leftovers and using each letter only once.

I can juggle. Like a lot of us I have played a lot of sports at a high level, but something interesting that surprises people is the fact that I am a borderline world class dart player. I played for a couple of years (I dont play much now, too much drinking involved in competitive darts) and ranked in a lot of tournaments, and won multiple statistical categories in many leagues.

In 4th grade, I was the only person in the class to get a perfect score on the 50 states and capitals including spelling.

i did have a unicycle for awhile, but not long enough to get any good at it. i wish i'd kept it instead of giving it away. :/

disagree. how many people do you know who can ride a unicycle or walk a tightrope?

if you have significant talent in most of those talents, you can earn a living or at least make some nice income.

That would rarity, not unusual.

If there's an industry built around the ability it is not unusual.

An unusual talent would be the ability to control your autonomic nervous system like Wim Hof.

Also for what it's worth, as far as I know, 3 and 2 (one if you don't count those bouncy ropes as a tight rope)

unusual can also refer to rarity.

but yeah, AFAIK only david blaine and maybe a few other people can withstand that level of cold. i would think people who are advanced meditators would also have some talent for that stuff.

i don't know what you mean by the bolded part.

How is knowing how to win at Chess in under 5 moves a "talent" even an unusual one? Could do that shit when I was like 6 or 7 years old.

i suspect OP wasn't referring to beating people who can barely play chess.

Well, then that's a nonexistent talent. Anyone who's even slightly decent at chess can avoid being beaten in five moves against the best player in the world.

if you have problems -finding- your talents... that's a different matter.

It's narrow minded to think all people have talents.

They don't.

Winning chess in 5 moves or less has nothing to do with special talent - it just means your opponent is inexperienced and you've learned a few simple moves that can capitalize on their lack of awareness. I just won in 4 moves against a computer that was on a basic setting.
