Is that a real pic of Karl Malone? Man, he really was a machine. That guy could have easily have gone 2-3 more seasons. I really wish he would have come back to a championship team. He has been mentioned a few times actually. As for narrow shoulders, Yao actually comes to mind. His waist, on the other hand, is very big compared to shoulders. Overall, Yao has a bigger lower body than upper.
