Go to User CP at the top. Go to Edit Options. Go down to the very bottome where it says "Message Editor Interface"
There should be a scroll bar, click on the scroll bar and select "Standard Editor - Extra Formatting Conrols". You should have the color bar and everything now...

I had a buddy one time freak out and throw a cig out the window cause a cop was behind us. Everyone ****ing flipped on him. He was kite high, but that's uncalled for.
