Doesn't get any bigger than Pablo Escobar. His guerillas were taking out police officers and judges left and right. Talk about power and fear.

The best part of it though is that he was gunned down like the dog that he was. Yep, just like that picture above ^^^

Maybe the most brutal drug lord in American history was Griselda Blanco, a female Columbian who terrorized Miami in the late-70s and early-80s. They linked over 200 deaths to her, but experts believe that number to be extremely low.

He screwed up by killing Columbian locals who got fed up, and formed their own vigilante group called "Los Pepes" altho most of them were rival traffickers who were probably funded by the rival Cali Cartel and some members were alledgedly Colombian off duty police.

Los pepes also indirectly got information from "centra Spike" a covert CIA/DELTA team sent by US to track Pablo.

Pretty much...

I have a buddy who was prescribed 80mg oxycontin because he went to the doctor for a migraine. The doctors are like the street hustlers... the pharmaceutical companies are the kingpens.

They're not the biggest in history, but Detroit has always had some big ass "gangs" on the streets movin work. From the Purple Gang during prohibition to BMF (Free Big Meech!)

Purple Gang - "Due to their murderous reputation, Al Capone supposedly borrowed Purple Gang members George Lewis and brothers Phil and Harry Keywell for the 1929 St. Valentine's Day Massacre."

Y.B.I. - "Y.B.I. completely took over the heroin trade (in and around Detroit) with sales estimated at about $300,000 per day. It is alleged that at the height of their drug business in the early 1980s YBI was making more money per month than the nearly bankrupted Chrysler Corporation."

Best Friends - "Defended by two of Detroit's finest criminal defense attorney's, Wershe showed up for his second bond hearing dressed in a double breasted Armani suite while the hallways of the court overflowed with youngsters carrying large wads of cash dressed in sweat suites adourned with beepers and thick gold chains. White Boy Rick was freed after posting a cash bond of $200,000. Following his murder the legend of Maserati Rick Carter received it's finishing touches during a grand funeral in which he lay in a $16,000 silver coffin constructed to resemble a mercedes benz complete with spinning tires."

Errol Flynn's - "The Errol Flynn's were unmatched in terms of membership numbering in the area of 400 teenage men and women at their peak."

Chambers Brothers - "The brothers became notorious nationally when the Detroit Police Department confiscated video tapes of the brothers counting their laundry baskets full of money, and flaunting their excessive wealth. In the 1991 Film New Jack City, the character Nino Brown is based on the real life Detroit gang The Chambers Brothers. The Chambers Brothers were known for having their own building to move their drugs, in New Jack City it was known as "The Carter"."

BMF (Black Mafia Family) - "The DEA claimed to have seized over $10 million in money, assets, and weapons, as well as 9

Doomsday/Lil Bibby says the US Gubment.

It actually didn't cross my mind... But yea, I'd have to say so.

Even if you watch the movie American Gangster... Russel Crowe talks about how we need a war on drugs to exsist in order to keep the economy good.
They aren't trying to keep drugs out of America. It's a war that can only be won when drugs become legal (how you do that is a entirely diferent subject)

Probation Officers, Prison Guards, Lawyers, Judges, DEA, Cops, Rehab Clinics, etc... would suffer econmically if the war on drugs seized to exsist.

And at the same time... they want you to pay for thier drugs and bull $hit medication... and half of the stuff America doesn't need.

For every problem there seems to be a pill that fix it...

Oh wait... this just reminded me of Chris Rock.

Yeah, I watched the documentary Cocaine Cowboys. They let a damn crazyass female run things, and that's why it didn't work out just like if Hilary became President.

It was an excellent documentary. The drug trade in Miami was actually going very well (lots of rich people... no gang wars) until this insane lunatic woman came along.

Very interesting stuff. How about the guy that she ordered to be killed in the airport with a sword? And that one crazy guy actually did it (and was arrested for murder, immediately, of course)?

Crazy sh!t.

that isn't a "druglord"...

link it to own pharmaceutical company owner that actually made more money than Pablo...there is no way.

also we all know that he ment "illegal drugs"...most of the drugs that pharmaceutical companies sell do infact save lives rather than ruin them...
