Pizza King, not sure how far their empire stretches (I'm guessing not very), but it's the best. They serve the thin crust, edge-to-edge topping kind.

Pizza chains usually suck donkey balls. They use low quality pre made frozen ingredients to cut corners. Basically, you're eating cardboard. I live in So Cal where good Italian food is hard to find. I would say BJ's Brewery and California Pizza Kitchen. I prefer Papa John's over Pizza Hut and Domino's I guess if I had to choose a commercial Pizza chain.

Jet's is my go to not cheap pizza that we always get for football saturday during away games! Hungry Howies is amazing with that flavored crust.

i don't know of any companies that purposely shrink the pizza, theres not really a reason to. All the dough comes pre cut to equal sizes. Its the dude that is stretching it thats a moron and didn't stretch it far enough. You still get the same amount of crust just in a different shape i guess. As for toppings, they have a pre determined amount that go on each pizza depending on its size. So unless the kid making it is a moron, then you should be fine.

i used to work at papa johns back in my high school days and to this day it still bothers me to pay for a pizza. A large pepperoni and cheese is like 30 cents worth of ingredients all in, sickening the profit thats made on one. On occasion though ill swing by and grab a h&r for $5. If im ordering one its usually papa johns.

I'll rep Ann Arbor and roll with Dominos. They just changed their recipe recently and while I was a huge fan before, I think I like the new version even better. The prices tend to even out for me because over a reasonable period of online ordering, one can earn a free pizza.

How did the Ann Arbor/Detroit area end up as a hub for three relatively large pizza chains (Dominos, Little Caesars, Cottage Inn)? I feel inferior to many of you for loving a place like Dominos while not knowing a whole lot about the fancier places.

I wish my town had an actual legit family owned pizza place instead of chains. Round Table can be good, Mountain mikes has a good pepperoni pizza, but I despise Domino's and Pizza Hut, terrible pizza.
