They are arguably 2 of the greatest non American boxing champion of all time, and some boxing scouts said that Manny Pacquiao is the modern day version of the Hands of Stone because both of them defeated some of the best fighters in their weight class, and both Duran and Pacquiao are regarded as national heroes in their respective country.
