Ric Bucher said it on ESPN.

The NBA is a crazy league.

They should just move the Clippers to Seattle. No reason for that team to even exist. They serve no purpose.

Baron Davis, Josh Smith, Al Thorton and Chris Kaman

:confusedshrug:

not too bad

I totally believe this, and I'm sure lots of ppl believed it. He can bring a lot of what Brand did, and Atlanta's ownership is too up in the air to match a huge deal. Not to mention the fact that they already have 2 huge deals on the books.

Damn I wish I had espn.

Josh Smith would be a terrible fit in the Dunleavy offense unless they chagne it up

Watch out because the clippers are creeping on the come up.

The Clippers haven't ever done anything of importance and they never will.

Exactly what I'm thinking, but him and Thornton would be one hell of a F combination and we can really run as we all know Davis, Gordon/Mobley can knock down shots, same with Thomas and Kaman himself is an athletic C.

Somehow i am not too worried about the Hawks being outbid by Donald Sterling.

if they ran it and gunned it that would be better... except Kaman can't do that...

Yeah, hopefully Dumbleavy changes **** up and takes advantage of the athleticism on the team.

He may not be able to do it for a full 48, but he can run and gun for 20 minutes or so. Kaman is pretty dang athletic for a 7 footer, he may not have highlight dunks like Amare, but he is still athletic.

I could've reported this.

They'll offer him the max. Dare Atlanta to match.

Still say Atlanta matches that though.

If by nice you mean finish with the 3rd worst record in the West, if not 2nd, then yeah, we'll be nice.

He is the face of their franchise (right now) so it'd be strange to see the falcons not put up a fight.

He'll probably stay...But I'll feel better if he did join the squad over here.

Hawks will match. Even though they know hes not worth that money, they are not going to get jacked like that and get nothing in return. Trends in the league show that teams are willing to pay a ton of dough to save face for their teams

BDAVIS EGORDAN ALTHORTAN JOSH SMITH KAMEN

They gonna run and gun, thats what josh smith does also. But just imagen the defense they will have!!! 2 of at least top 10 blockers in the league. Wow, middle is going to be shut down. I think on the defensive side its gonna be an awesome deal offensive, not so much. Josh smith for president.

Rather Have Josh Smith Over Brand Any Day.

I'm confident you're the only one. Brand still has 3-5 years of 20/10/2 with 2 blocks left in my opinion unless his injury hurts him, which I doubt

Davis, Gordon, Thornton, Smith and Kaman?

That's a really solid lineup. No team playing the Clips would take a lineup like that lightly. They would give fits to a whole bunch of teams on both sides of the ball.

They'd have a veteran PG leading a team of young studs and a solid big proven big man in the middle.

Doubt Josh Smith would fit well into the Clippers. Isn't he similar to Al Thornton in a way? Left athletic combo forwards.

LOL Josh Smith wouldnt even want to go to the clippers, the city of ATL > the city of LA, the current hawks >> the current clippers, and the eastern conference << the west fo course, id be suprised if Smith even listened to them
plus, the clippers wouldnt play to Smith's style, they wouldnt use him the right way, he is too simlilar to al thorton, plus, smith is a natural SF so a permenant starting PF is not what he wants to do
