I think Reasonable Doubt is a top 15 rap album all-time. I don't think OB4CL is. So I think Reasonable Doubt is better. OB4CL is in Black Album's class, but not Reasonable Doubt or Blueprint imo.

Forget top fiften, Reasonable Doubt is top 5 hip hop albums of all time right there with Illmatic, capital punishment. Cuban Linx isn't even the best WuTang album...this shouldnt even be a debate...only ppl that say Raekwon just don't like Hov in general.

'cuban linx'... i'm a massive fan of 'reasonable doubt', but i just can't put it above 'cuban linx'. the joint had a consistent feel, theme, mood. it's the ultimate "movie" album (apart from 'a prince among thieves' by prince paul): notice how u-god gets introduced and killed off first... supremely done :oldlol:

Anyway, I'd take RD. It's truly one of my favorite albums of all time. Lyrically, jay-z is just on another level on RD... I think 22 two's and friend or foe are more creative than anything on ob4cl, and neither track is over three minutes long. Jay just comes along so effortlessly on the entire album, meanwhile half of ob4cl is featuring ghostface and the best verse on the album belongs to nas. RD is not only a better album, but a better individual effort.

Reasonable Doubt's better. That was just Jay-Z on another level then where he's been proceeding it. Although Cuban Linx is one my favorite Wu albums, Reasonable Doubt is the better album.
