He'll destroy you. Kiefer played in some basketball camps in the US when he was 13 to 16 yrs.old.

At least 2-3 foreign players per team but they aren't allow to play at the same time.

talented 6'0 guards are aplenty in America so he has no chance.
But, there is a 6'6 Filipino player going to play for a Div 1 US college team in 2015. His name is Kobe Paras and he is going to play for the UCLA Bruins. He is compared to Zach Lavine in terms of leaping ability.
