The NBA released its annual general managers' survey Tuesday, and the Bulls received plenty of consolation prizes.
In the 56-question survey of the league's 30 GMs, the Bulls did get picked as the league's best defensive team, receiving 43.3 percent of the votes. However, beyond the general managers picking the Heat to finish their three-peat, the Pacers were picked as Central Division champions over the Bulls.
