good... he has a legitimate case. it is biased to pick on him for bigotry when hundreds of players, coaches, owners have done it in the past without repercussion
Sterling doin work.

honestly
there is nothing illegal about being a racist
what if someone cheated on their wife? another act frowned upon by western society, should he be fired?
kobe allegedly raped a girl (i am a kobe fan) and the lakers/league had no problem supporting him, but the second you dont like black people you are no longer allowed to own the team you are already in control of?

Lets be real though too, do you honestly think "hundreds of players/coaches" have told their girlfriend/mistress to not bring black people to an NBA game? Or chastised them for taking a photo with a black celebrity?
Sterling was a known racist before and the NBA did let him get away with it, he just got caught with his pants down too far this time.
If Tiger Woods cheated on his wife .... fine, no big deal, every pro athlete probably cheats on his wife, blah, blah, blah. But he banged half the porn industry and his neighbor's daughter, etc. etc. etc. that's where he crossed the line into "full retard" territory. Never go full retard.
At some point you cross the threshold from PR hit to PR f*cking debacle. And there's a price to pay when that happens when you are in a position where your public image matters.
Clippers CEO said today in court testimony in his discussions with sponsors they will not be back as long as Sterling is the owner, also says Doc Rivers has told him he will quit if Sterling is the owner...
As if Sterling cares who coaches the team. Sterling made money on off the Clippers because he didn't want to shell out money. It had nothing to do with winning basketball games.

I assume all the sponsors saying they will dump the Clippers if Sterling is back probably hurts even if he could ignore that one.

I seriously doubt all the sponsors leave too. Just like the players said they'd walk out, etc.
Money talks. His business will take a hit no doubt. But at the end of the day people care more about green than they do about someone's beliefs.
I stand with Sterling and against all the hypocritical sons of bitches living in glass houses.

Every person has the right to freedom of speech. However, with such freedom, also comes a price. If you say the "wrong thing", prepare for the backlash. Donald Sterling exercised his right to free speech. Now, he's paying the consequences.
Everybody? Good luck suing ISH, Lebron23 is a lawyer:rockon:

Sponsors have 30 other teams they can do business with, the Clippers aren't even the only team in LA.
No one wants to be associated with Sterling. Having a dinky billboard at a meaningless Clippers game isn't worth the bad association to any global multi-billion dollar company.
Love it. Not because he's in the right, but because Sterling's pure comedy. I want him around.
