It was cool at first but later on it's so freaking annoying. Everyday in the news I read or watch some politician or celebrity getting dumped with cold water. What's the big deal? Do you really have to write a news article to announce that Mr. (insert name of politician/celebrity) got dumped by a bucket of cold water? C'mon now.
I'm for ALS research and all but this fad is just plain annoying.
It's for a good cause but I agree it's getting a little ridiculous. I mean don't get me wrong, I'm not mad at it. Good for them, it worked out even better than they anticipated.
But 85% of people that have done this don't give a damn about ALS lol and I agree the media coverage about every single celebrity that does it is :rolleyes:
I will say that I liked Larry Bird's though. Not because I'm a Celtics fan, but it was the first time I ever saw someone wear socks in a hot tub lol.

Yeah, I honestly got annoyed of it from the beginning. High school friend posted a video saying I'm not doing the ice bucket challenge but I am donating $100 to ALS research. #respect
