Nene missed the opener Wednesday at the Chicago Bulls and the team called it "just rest." Kris Humphries started in Nene's place and was injured in that game. He has a hand laceration between two fingers that required eight stitches and he's not playing tonight or in Friday's game vs. the Charlotte Hornets in Greenville, S.C.
