2016 Draft All Star/Franchise players?

Is there a sure thing here? This 2015 draft we are seeing a lot of talent, all stars and franchise players in the making.

Is there anyone you'd put money on, to be a sure fire all star/franchise player in this 2016 draft?

I don't know if teams that are in need of a very particular position are going to be catered to. E.g. I think that the Knicks need a PG, I don't see them getting anything major out of the draft...

Are we going through a patch where there might be a few years of 2nd/3rd/role player drafts?
