How much do nba players eat??
Im order to sustain their size theyll need to eat tones of food.
Even just for their height. Im 6 foot 1 190 pounds and my calorie intake just to sustain my weight is nearly at 3000 per day. And thats if i dont do anything physical throughout my day. But because im active i have to eat around 3800 - 4200 just to sustain. Thats a tone of food man.
These guys are massive.... and not to mention the fact that they burn tonnes of calories during playing nba training and practise its insane.
And where do they find all this time to eat??

I would guess that this is an area where NBA players/other pro athletes benefit most from PEDs or other super supplements that allow them to retain their mass while working out an insane amount.
There is only so much you can eat without having gastrointestinal issues and some people with really high metabolisms can eat massive quantities of food and still lose weight.
