Epic monstarrs aliens get all of the American ballers and put them in to a tournament. Winner of the league gets to go back to Earth.

Every state gets their own team. States are only allowed to use players from their states.

Which state would win the league based on current players?

I'd guess team California. Team California on its own is enough to win the gold medal at the Olympics.
