That's a pretty solid list. I think it's becoming more and more obvious that Ingram just isn't fitting in. Luckily there's still GM's that are somewhat high on him from what the rumors say. He's going to have to be the center of a trade. Kuzma they need to keep. He's really shown that he can score with the best of them. If we get him to work on his defense some he is a great fit next to Lebron.
EVERYONE is expendable for Davis
We kinda knew Ingram wasn't going to fit well with Lebron coming in, but I feel like if the Lakers give him a couple of more years & wait for his game to mature, he could be a pillar of a championship team. Right now, his shot selection is all over the place (long mid-range), but if he bulks up in the process as well, that would be great. I'm really against of to just blatantly include him as a part of the moving pieces for AD or what not. As for his game maturity, 2-3 years max, maybe? I understand this is a must win now team & there's a lot negative things to nitpick about his game, but Warriors-Iggy could really just be a poor man version of prime BI without the athleticism.
I agree with the rest of the list.

Lonzo - I might move him next to LeBron but need to watch him rest of the season

McGee or Chandler (I would probably keep McGee if cheap but not both)

Rondo - makes too many mistakes and risky passes, expensive for backup
-We need to focus on shooters and defenders. Magic/Pelinka tried something bit different this year with playmakers/defenders, and it didn't work.
-Giving up Zubac to dump Beasley was a big mistake.. Zubac was still developing and was a good middle ground between McGee and Chandler
-I don't think Kuzma and Ingram will both work together unless if you bring Kuzma off bench
