Hornets give Kobi Simmons a two-way contract
The Hornets have converted the contract of guard Kobi Simmons to a two-way contract.
Simmons played college basketball at the University of Arizona, went undrafted, and played one game for the Cavs last season, while spending most of the year in the G League. He averaged 17.1 points, 3.8 rebounds and 3.6 assists for the Canton Charge for the season.
In 2017-28, Simmons played for the Grizzlies, averaging 6.1 points per game.
