Hawks exercise contract options on Trae Young, John Collins and Kevin Huerter

The Atlanta Hawks a few days ago exercised the third-year (2020-21) options on the contracts of Kevin Huerter and Trae Young, and the fourth-year (2020-21) option on the contract of John Collins.

Young and Collins are young stars and key building blocks for the Hawks, while Huerter had a solid rookie season and is certainly worth keeping around as well. Three easy decisions for the Hawks.

Collins averaged 19.5 points, 9.8 rebounds and 2.0 assists per game last season, shooting 56% FG.
