No karma, just two unfortunate injuries.
The funny thing is when Lebron sprained his ankle he acted like Solomon Hill broke his leg in two pieces sprawling on the ground. Solomon hill slipped and did the splits and tore his hamstring literally off the bone and still limped off court.
