The East wins more games than the West for 2nd year in a row (1st time since 1999)

I'm pretty sure it was '09. Cavs, Celtics & Magic all won nearly 60 games.

The East was just as weak from 1999-2002, very weird you'd cut it off at '03. And I personally wouldn't lump in '05-'12 into that timeframe, the only truly weak year during that span was '07.

Uh, has anyone noticed that Steph, LeBron, Kawhi, and KD, best players on 9 of the last 10 championship teams are all in the Western Conference now?

All the pacific division teams are going to the playoffs, yet several eastern conference teams have already been eliminated.
