I have a sriracha bottle in my fridge as we speak. Per docs orders, I really can't have that much soy sauce. As soon as that sodium enters my bloodstream, my heart starts to play blast beats.


What I'm having a hard time finding in stores is eel sauce. I can only find eel sauce when going to a Japanese restaurant.

You equate having a problem taking in large quantities of sodium to being fat? Ingesting large quantities of sodium for most of your life to the point where it's finally catching up to you has nothing to do with weight.

gotta balance it out with some potassium, eat an orange or banana if you've had a lot of sodium. best way to rid of it of course is some cardio. i'm the same way, love salty stuff but it's starting to push the blood pressure up.

Whenever this happens to me, I usually just flush it out with water. I'll do my best to drink a gallon of water right after eating Chinese food. There's a sauna at my gym that I go to every now and then and that helps too of course. Bananas are great too.
