Buddy Hield, at best, was a top 100 player last season.
This season, through 5 games, he's been a top 10 player. Top 15 at worst. He's been better than Curry so far.
I'm sure he'll slow down soon but what a sight to behold in the meantime.

Chef with good help so far even without his fellow splash bro.
The 21 ppg is efficient but top 15? I haven't been watching him but I can't buy that.
If hes not traded to the Lakers by the deadline, faces are getting punched, by me.

I'm confused though...I thought the only help Lebron needed was a ball?
Vivek knew.
If he messes up tho, gerbil stans will be unhappy and make him the new scapegoat for the team's possible shortcomings.

^Bitch fit.
:lol
I don't really see a difference between Buddy and Klay. If anything Hields game is more dynamic with the same great shooting.

The story is that he blows up and then starts to become a lot more up and down as the season goes in other teams. I think his style will fit the Warriors a lot more though. Either way, they needed a shooter that they could bench and wouldn't keep playing due to impunity/favoritism, so I'm really happy with the signing.

Buddy is better. Moves a lot more, no ego issues, has more ways than post injury Klay to score and is more energetic defensively even though neither are good. One thing that's been surprising is his floor game.

I feel like even compared to prime Klay he's still more dynamic. Buddy can put the ball on the floor without over dribbling. Klays handles an passing game have always been challenged.
I see we’re currently at the start stage of the buddy hield cycle  we will check back in about 3 months.

Hield still has work to do to prove that he's effective in the playoffs. But atm, he seems promising for the team.

I have always wondered what would Klay's career looked like if he had been drafted by a team that was not the Warriors (I wonder the same thing about guys like Magic, Bird or Pippen, who were drafted by teams who were on the verge of success). I haven't followed Hield that much, do you think he is better than Klay?

Offensively he's definitely more dynamic and has a floor game. Klay still worked really well because he had a super motor, never got hurt and was a very good on ball defender.
Also, we have to see what Buddy does in the playoffs.
