Hopefully but we need to see more, his stats are still really bad for his standards.
There was one good team (the Celtics) out of those five games. (Their collective record is 74/93. Take away the Celtics and the other four are 48/84.). The game just before them he had 9 points against the Spurs, playing just under 15 minutes. Will he duck good teams, something he has never done before? We will see. Right now, these performances are just not that impressive.

Just because a team is bad doesn't mean they don't have a competent defensive big and Embiid has a long history. When healthy there are really only two centers at his level. The only real questions are if he can stay healthy and can his conditioning get up to a level where he can lead Philly to series victories in the playoffs playing 36+ minutes. But can he score? Of course. Can he rebound? Of course.

Would be nice to see him have one good playoff run and make the conference finals, but I don't place much faith in that.
