Denver is averaging 31 assists per game (most since 1984-85 Lakers)

Pretty insane. 39 assists tonight! They're averaging the most in NBA history when adjusted for pace of play. 1984-85 LA played a few possessions more per game than 2024-25 Denver currently is. The Nuggets play a beautiful brand of basketball, like a modern version of an '80s team.

Damn, are they really that good?


Can Lebron get traded to them?

Their assist always dropped pretty significantly in the playoff though. Unlike 80's LA.
