Jan 22 Cavs v Rockets

Rockets win despite Cavs having 3 FT end of the game and the ball on a flagrant by Rockets on Cavs 3 pt shot with 4 seconds left in the game. They were down 2 going into those free throws by Garland.
Fast to 4:20 in the video to see the dramatic ending.
All Garland has to do is make 2 of the 3 FT to tie, 3 of 3 to win. He misses 2 of 3 and Cavs miss the last shot of the game. Garland has been playing amazing all year- over 40% from 3 pt range. But these were some crucial misses.

Dude's shooting 90% from the line this season, then proceeds to miss 4 of 7 FTA last tonight.
How TF does that happen???

I was trying to watch the ending but felt like OP wasn't clear about the scenario, Garland had how many FT attempts? And he had to make how many?

Garland shot a 3 and got fouled for not given a safe landing zone. So after the original 3fta, the Cavs were givin a side out FTW even if he made only 2 of 3. Mitchell missed a corner 3 at the buzzer even though they only needed a 2 FTW

Such is today's NBA.
Re: Dramatic Ending; Garland misses 2 of 3 free throws at end of game
he's starting to feel the pressure.. btw, the drastically lower efficiency of all players in the clutch proves that players aren't robots and their overall efficiency is a blend of hot and cold periods, spurred by the pressure of the moment and/or ebbs and flows of confidence and feeling good physically and mentally during a game.

It's hard to see them struggle somehow without mobley.
