Does Expansion or Contraction of NBA Teams help the quality of NBA games?
What do you guys think? On one hand, if you expand the NBA to more teams, more talent is spread out evening out the level of talent throughout the league. But then the same can be said if you contract a few teams as you'll have better players spread throughout the league as well.
Or does it not matter at all?

Doesnt matter if you dont elimate tanking

Expansion dilutes the overall talent. It doesnt even the playing field because youll still have teams who operate better than others. Youll just have more teams overall but there will still be haves and have nots.

Wouldn't matter much imo. If you contract you'll have more stars on each team but it will still be a 3pt contest. And if you expand there will be more role players where it will also be a 3pt contest. Either way it's a 3pt contest.

There's enough talent that dilution isn't really an issue. There are enough legit NBA-level players to outfit two more teams.

watching this awful wizards team play the lakers right now make me think contraction may not be a bad idea after all

Give Seattle a team.
The NBA needs to right this horrible wrong.
