Chauvin should get a re-trial in a neutral location. The trial he got was a straight up kangaroo court intended to get the outcome it got.
if Derek Chauvin is pardoned? Then they literally just want riots to break out. Perhaps in an effort to make the left look bad, or make mass arrests, who knows. But that is what they are going for.

I'm not a fan of Shapiro, but I do agree that Derek Chauvin should be pardon, I just don't think it should be Trump. The vast majority of people are not going to understand why he should be pardoned, they'll just react to it emotionally. The democrats would absolutely love for Trump to pardon him, just for the chaos, destabilization that it would create, which they then can leverage for Trump hate and votes.
He should be released and pardoned.
He should have never been convicted. The standard is beyond a reasonable doubt. Theres certainly reasonable doubt over his overdose, the lapd expert witness testifying its the correct move, and how he was not breathing from the start
