Hoping for an edge rusher at 29.
Re: 2025 NFL Draft - (April 24th)
Ideally I'd like one of the tackles at 4 for the Pats. Vrabel has spent a good amount of the money defensively, but has addressed the need for linemen somewhat as well. Would still like a long term lineman protecting Drake Maye's backside going forward. If not, I wouldn't mind Mason Graham and pair him with Milton Williams up front defensively, or even Travis Hunter. Hunter and Christian Gonzalez on either side of the field would be torture for a lot of QBs and receivers.

Giants signed Russell Wilson and Jameis Winston. Smh

Looks like they are preparing to be without a QB on that 3rd pick
Buddy of mine is a Giants fan and he's praying for Cam Ward... been telling him that ain't happening.

I can still see them taking a QB. Shadeur most likely since the consensus is Cam Ward going #1. None of those NY guys are future starters and bridge quarterbacks at best.

I don’t know if many franchises who tie up millions into 2 qbs Wilson and Winston. Then pay 3rd pick overall money to sit on the bench. I guess Colts did it to an extent with Anthony Richardson if I can remember. Maybe they trade back? I don’t know why giants signed both. One? I can see. I would be more confident they still go QB. But 2 stop gap qbs on the same roster? Sheesh
Re: 2025 NFL Draft - (April 24th)
Giants probably arent interested in everything that comes along with The Sanders Experience, and personally I dont blame them.
It also doesnt matter who plays quarterback for them this year, they arent competing for anything.
If you're not sold on Colonel Sanders, just grab a rookie talent at another position and you'll still be in the running for a top QB next year. Theres absolutely no reason to reach on a guy you arent sold on.
Re: 2025 NFL Draft - (April 24th)
The Bears have spent some money on the OLine which is nice...hoping they keep drafting for the trenches, take the best available OLineman or DLineman at the 10 spot or draft down for more picks and keep drafting linemen...gotta protect their young QB, Bears have enough talent at the skill positions, gotta shore up the trenches on both sides of the ball.

Also a Bears fan. Completely confused with pick 10. It's like we're just out of the window elite level guys. I'm so mixed up about this group of tackles, and group of edge rushers, that I'm willing to wait to the top of the 2nd round for those positions, and would be willing to gamble on the top end skill guys if they're their. Jeanty, and even Tyler Warren, I'd be willing to take a gamble on. I could even talk myself into one of the higher tier DBs, like the Michigan or Texas kid, to put opposite Jaylon Johnson, just because it feels like there'll be more value at the OL and DL spots at the top of the second round. A couple months ago it felt like Kelvin Banks, who I don't like, was almost a probability at 10. Now it doesn't seem impossible he's there top of the second.
Trade back would be ideal for the right value, because multiple shots at the positions they need that have some depth to them, would be great, but unless someone wants to come up for Dart, I don't know why anyone would go nuts to move up, mostly because I'm applying the same logic, that there's a lot of depth at the couple of positions, so why move up.

Re: 2025 NFL Draft - (April 24th)
LSU WR Kyren Lacy found dead (suicide). He did lsu pro day. But had to face a grand jury Monday for his negligent homicide charge where his reckless driving caused someone to crash and die. Unfortunate. He must’ve been battling some serious depression with his future in the NFL in limbo but most importantly his freedom. Not sure what time he was facing that he felt he couldn’t handle (if any time at all).
Re: 2025 NFL Draft - (April 24th)
This one hit hard. Kyren was talented, but you could tell he was spiraling. That combo of guilt, public pressure, and a future slipping through your fingers? That’s a brutal mental load. It’s crazy how fast everything can fall apart.

Sooooo his lawyer is saying it was a good change his charge got thrown out in the grand jury. That the news of what happened actually didn’t happen. The word is he watched the accident and went around it. He didn’t cause it. If that is the truth and it comes out? Sheesh that’s awful.
Re: 2025 NFL Draft - (April 24th)
I got a chance to go to this in Green Bay. Kind of wish I would've taken the opportunity to commit, but I got plans now.
