Time to break up this Memphis team I think.
Trade Ja to some other team.

Stop it. Memphis is really good and really young. And great at drafting. In hindsight maybe they should’ve hit the lottery instead of winning a play in game.
Playoff experience is important but maybe lottery picks are moreso.
But Ja Morant has become seriously fragile. Maybe he can be like AD and just stay chronically injured but never have those serious, athleticism changing injuries, but I don’t like it.
Re: Ja Morant: From "I'm fine in the west" to "Issa sweep inside of my city yeah"
It feels like the Ja Morant show in Memphis, not the Grizzlies show. He needs more help.

The grizz were much tougher before with dillon brooks.

Ja Ja JA! Mask the Embiid here from insidehoops.com. Does it bother you that so many people are happy to see you fail?
At the end of the day, all the people that was rooting on me to fail, at the end of the day they have to wake up tomorrow in their Toronto raptors jammies and go back to root for the same old scottie barnes led team. That team will have the same personal problems they had today. And me, Ja morant, is going to go right back to finger poppin' IG models, and going to the shooting range everyday, all summer. Raptor fans can get a few fleeting moments of happiness or even months of happiness watching not just me; but the memphis grizzlies fail at accomplishing our goals....but they gotta go back to rootin for emmanuel quickley as their starting point guard at some point
wow.....powerful statement by ja morant.....back to you mark

Hurt all the time like Embiid + still a potential nutcase off the court. Thing is he had a pretty mediocre season so they shouldn't trade him when his value is this low anyway. I wouldn't be surprised if Memphis traded for Zion in the off-season. I can't stand JJJ and his retarded fouls either so if Memphis wants to win they have to trade 1 of their 2 best players and get a coach who can set the tone.
Re: Ja Morant: From "I'm fine in the west" to "Issa sweep inside of my city yeah"
Memphis should open up the bidding. If you could count on him to act right to repair the damage to trade value you wouldn't want to get rid of him to begin with. And unfortunately his play style, relying on athleticism and getting knocked out of the sky with his skinny build, lends itself to injury. He won't age well. I would be sick of the unforced and unnecessary stupid controversies. Let all the teams with GMs that overlook that stuff for the sake of talent bid against each other and hope somebody gives you 4 firsts.

If I were a GM I would probably not take him for free with him on a max contract. His deal is definitely better than but not substantially better than Bradley Beal's.
But maybe I would because there's going to be some GMs out there dumb enough to still trade for him and give up potential actual value in the form of 1st round picks, as you said.
And I'm not even taking the controversies into consideration, just basketball. He's not a maximum level player and his team has usually been better or the same without him.
That's not even taking into account injuries, either. Which he has a high chance of due to body structure and play style.
