He should join OKC :lol

Was thinking this recently
Why would okc mess up a good thing adding Durant?
Also what is it about the Heat (other than location) that has players wanting to go there? Rockets would be nice tho.
Yeah, going to the Heat would make no sense, he’d be at best a low seed and get bounced in the first round.
Spurs & Rockets would be interesting to see play out. Can Denver afford him?
can this b1tch take booker with him?

No state taxes in Florida
I strictly feel the Heat are for location. They have the weakest packages to offer and if they trade for him they don't have many draft assets. They'd have to likely move Ware and Wiggins and maybe one or two other players to match the money coming in (likely Duncan Robinson) and I don't think the Suns want Wiggins or Robinson.
Shams said there are eight teams total interested in Durant. I think the Rockets make the most sense considering how they had no alpha at all in these past playoffs that could step up and score consistently.
Not sure why any team would pay him 60mil a year at this point of his career.

Because his game speaks for itself. He just put up 27/6/4 on 53/43/84 splits on an awful Suns team. He plugs into most teams easily on offense. He hasn't shown he's slowly down greatly yet. Still has one or two great years left in him at minimum. Still one of the greatest offensive players in the league.

Kinda where my point is leaning towards. Which is it’s never basketball related. It’s location and taxes. Much of Durant latest teams have trended towards the winning aspect. Miami just doesn’t make much sense.
I only like the Heat if somehow they can keep Bam and Herro.
Ware
Bam
Durant
Mitchell
Herro
If I was running Phoenix I would send him whatever he wanted to go for 5 future firsts as long as the expiring cap space remained. So if Riley can figure that out fine, have him.

Talk is the the Suns want young talent as well coupled with the draft picks. So Ware would probably get moved as well.

If they can do better than just future firsts then sure, go for it. They have to have a good idea of what his trade value around the league is.
