Who says no to this?
:lebronamazed:
And that's all that counts
Lakers would be trading the most popular player in the league who was still a star last time he was seen for an ok player that the Warriors had a hard time fitting in and a late future first unless they wait for Currys retirement. And they would have to pay Kuminga the max to make the money match in a sign and trade (can they even do that?). Apologies if you aren't Bron hater but this is the kind of question one of them would ask.
Do it

Bran don't want to be there, Lakers don't want Bran to be there.
Bran wants to play with Curry. What's the problem?
Kuminga wants a $45m salary, Lakers want trade assets. What's the problem

If Lakers ever move James they will need to be getting a younger superstar, several first rounf picks and/or major cap space.

If Townes, Wiggins, Williamson can get that and austin reeves is a $35m a year player, whats to say Kuminga isn't?
Trade makes no sense. Lakers would want Jimmy + a 1st.

The league says no.
This trade idea is totally illegal.
I'm not trying to diss. But, imagine someone came online suggesting that the Mavericks should have signed Cooper Flagg to the max contract in a sign and trade this summer to get Luka back.
Thats about as equally illegal a trade idea you're suggesting here.
