I didn't expect people to have anything to say about the subject but I will spell it out for anyone as dumb as poor Hey.
The president is doing his own Department of Justice for 230 million dollars. His defenders would try to argue that the DoJ as an independent body can handle this minefield except that the current DoJ employs not just the president's defense attorneys but some of the same attorneys that represented him in the cases he is demanding compensation for (technically its actually not a lawsuit) will be determining the merits of his case. He has flat out said that he will decide what he should be paid. Currently that payment includes a few hundred million in emotional damages but in theory he could decide he's due billions. I don't think he'll go that far but we'll see.
And whatever this mammoth payment ends up being, the bill will be footed by the American taxpayer.

-Made off with billions with Trump coin and Melania coin from unknown entities (guessing both foreign and domestic) beginning the week before he took office.
-He passed massive taxcuts that benefit him and his billionaire buddies more than anyone.
-He fired all of the government watchdogs two weeks into office.
-He has been blatantly manipulating the stock market over and over again.
-He has dangerous "Yes men/women" around him with conflicts of interest.
-Now this demand is for $230mill.
He still has a few more years. Who knows what else he will do in that time. He is a traitor to America. The only love he has for his country is how much he can loot and steal from it. It's very different from everyday people like me who love this country for the democracy, freedom, and justice. None of the things he cares about as long as he gets his money. By the time he is done, he will probably bring down all those 3 things just to fill his pocket more. He is like 81 - that leech is going to leave the world a worse place than he found it.
