There are too many former player podcasts out there looking to get your attentions.

This is all you’re good for here. Sad.
Re: Kenyon Martin names 50 power forwards better than Draymond Green
Seems like everybody in the comments is agreeing what we've told you for years. Dray has no offensive bag whatsoever, is undersized, and prone to crash outs on defense too. The Warriors elite talent and system made him. Kenyon Martin was just as good on defense with similar offense, yet has nowhere near the accolades. This phenomenon is what has been referred to as the "winning spotlight" effect.

The Warriors are much worse with Martin in Dray's place. His playmaking and defensive versatility were pivotal to their success.

Dray has little to no skill. He achieved what he's been able to off of hard work and effort. Does he have slightly better passing skills than the average 4-5? Sure. But outside of that it's just him playing a role and putting in maximum effort.
Now, I'm not underselling his contribution, nor the idea that hard work and effort is what separates JR Smith from Dwyane Wade, so it's nothing to downplay... but, Draymond had mediocre skills. This is not about how well K-Mart could replace Draymond on GSW, it's about his talent level in a vacuum.
I think everyone with common sense would agree it would be impossible for Green to make an all-star and be of any recognition if he was drafted to the Kings. Martin and the majority of the names he mentioned were just plain better talents, and with the right fit and role could also be champions.
The key distinction here is most players sacrifice many skills to be able to win a championship. Draymond instead had his skills maximized based on his teammates, and did not have to sacrifice anything.

Dray is great don’t get me wrong but put him on lots of other teams and it turns into a whole new conversation. Lots of players can’t afford to have the Rudy role where it’s expected you don’t even have to score 10 points a night.
Re: Kenyon Martin names 50 power forwards better than Draymond Green
Dray's game 7 in 2016 surpasses anything KMart has ever done in his career

And they STILL lost the game with 4th, 5th option Dray putting up 34pts. Might be his career high.
Re: Kenyon Martin names 50 power forwards better than Draymond Green
I don't know how you could shit on Draymond's game while those same people praise Rodman. Rodman himself was even more of an offensive liability and didn't have anywhere near the consistency Draymond did, yet Rodman is universally loved.

Rodman led the league in rebounds 7 times to go along with his alltime great defense.

Which is still more than you.
Re: Kenyon Martin names 50 power forwards better than Draymond Green
The biggest knock on Green is what he did when Steph and Klay went down. The Warriors were plain awful. And lets keep in mind that Greens triple single averages are in a much faster paced era.
