UPDATE: Eva's people tell TMZ Tony has not filed for divorce. But two court officials at the Bexar County, Texas courthouse tell us a divorce case was filed yesterday and sealed by the judge.

Eva Longoria and Tony Parker are getting divorced ... TMZ has learned.


Tony filed for divorce yesterday in Texas.

The "Desperate Housewives" actress and the San Antonio Spurs star married back in July of 2007.

Eva has stated that she has Tony's initials tattooed on her body ... in a mystery spot. She also has Tony's jersey number -- "Nine" -- tattooed on the back of her neck.

Living down the street from tony parker, it's no secret in the nieghborhood that when Eva is out of town, Tony throws crazy parties with smuts galore.

I always felt the way Tony spoke about her was far more respectful, nice than she spoke about him. He spoke like she was his partner, she spoke like he was a valued pet.

Its not surprising when these rich and wealthy socialites get divorced. With all that money, wealth, and power, the temptations that those people go through are much too great to sustain a marriage.

I bet they were both cheating on each other. Tony is a big basketball star. That in itself is an invitation for groupie whores to throw themselves at him. Very few men would be able to resist. Eva is a famous actress who enjoys a luxurious life style.
