Did he break anyone off-the-dribble? That's one highlight I'm yet to see in any of his exhibition games this summer.
Damn. Proof LeBron is still super athletic.
It's hard to watch a game with zero defense.
Broke the shot-clock for holding the ball too long everytime he has the ball.:D jk
Those highlights :bowdown: Wall got mad hops too
damn KD lit Lebrick up again
John Wall is insane. I knew he was athletic, but a couple of those were head to rim level dunks.
lol @ those few lebron haters who said lebron decreased athleticism.... he is more athletic than ever :oldlol:
but WTF was that.... not even a exhibition game... not a "GAME" of any sort.... absolutely ZERO defense and they throwed the ball out of bounds and kept playing and so on.... clearly no reff lol
it was more like a streetball "game" with no rules
It's hard to watch a game with zero defense.
So you don't ever watch the All Star game?
It's like watching a pick-up all-star game.
Lebron stands in middle after that nasty alley-oop
"we saw it lebron... we saw it!"
CP3 making the travel sign at Lebron :lol
Seriously, do you expect defense? Just a bunch of guys having fun.
declining athleticism my ass
Wall was better. He's definitely healthy.

My observations.
1. I knew Wall was an elite athlete but I didn't realize he could get up quite like that.
2. Lebron's athleticism all around has decline a little bit. Just because he had 1 dunk where his head was near rim level doesn't mean in general he hasn't declined. Just watch him play a real, competitive basketball game like last season. You'll see he makes less athletic plays. Just because he can occasionally still do some of the things he did at 240 pounds doesn't mean he's as athletic.
3. That was the worst showing of basketball I've ever seen in my entire life. The lack of defense was unbearably bad and at least 3 times worse than the NBA all star game. I wouldn't go to that game even if someone paid me 50 bucks.

So you think a couple dunks in a pick up game= OMG Lebron's more athletic than ever before? Dude was a MUCH better all around athlete at 240 pounds in his first 2 or 3 seasons in Cleveland. He's still capable of these things but not nearly as often.

The rim wasn't 10 feet and they clearly added special effects and CGI to make LeBron look like he was jumping higher than he was. :hammerhead:

did lbj lose weight or something? haven't seen him jump that high since his rookie years.
or maybe lower rim?
this looked more like a dunk contest with people standing in the way than an actual pickup game.
LeBron's vert and jumping ability will be the last thing to get hit as his athleticism declines IMO.
At least that's what happened to Kobe. He was still getting to that 36-38" vert range back in '08.
LeBron off the dribble hasn't been as good as it was in the past but his jumper has made up for it IMO.
those rims dont look 10 feet.. why would lebron all of a sudden be head-at-the-rim level ?? he hasnt had that in 2 years..
Whaa? He was consistently hitting rim-level in 09-10. And after a decent running start, you'd occasionally see him do it last too. And that's what you saw in this video. But that ability is quite meaningless in an actual NBA game. A real game isn't an open-court dunk fest. It's mostly a half-court affair, where LeBron's still a shell. Quickness, agility, nimbleness, acceleration, explosiveness....he just doesn't possess these at an acceptable level anymore. If you watch any of these exhibition games, you'll be hard pressed to find LeBron ever breaking anyone off the dribble.
