Because New York fans in general are the biggest twats of the sports world. I've visited NY plenty of times and the people there are just terrible. Never seen so many fat/loud/ugly/rude people before in my life and the ones that like sports are always incredibly obnoxious with their teams.

The only thing that can compare is Kobe stans, but Kobe stans don't really leave their houses so you only have to put up with them on the internet.

In 2010 all of a sudden a huge amount of heat fans join up claiming to be fans since 88. :lol

In 2012 post championship you see another huge spike
